Ditch the Bloat

Bloating – it’s not fun or attractive. Feeling bloating is probably close to the top on the list of most uncomfortable annoyances in life. Although for females, slight bloating around or before menstruation is completely normal, feeling bloating consistently is not. Many men and women are retaining unnecessary amounts of water in their bodies, causing them to appear and feel much heavier in their midsection. Apart from vain reasons, getting rid of belly bloat will help you lose up to 5 lbs! That’s an insane amount of excess water to be carrying around with us! In order to rid yourself of this bloat you’re going to want to go about it in the safest and healthiest way possible to ensure optimal results.

Creating a special concoction of different ingredients all stirred into water will help you lose that water weight in about a week if you are consistent! For this to work you’re going to have to drink around eight cups of the concoction every day for one week! Begin by grabbing 8 cups worth of filtered water, that should be around 60 ounces, and add a tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice. Add in 1 dandelion root tea bag and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mixing all of these ingredients together will give you the perfect combination for a belly free of bloat!

Drink the recipe throughout the day with different healthy meal choices! Remember, persistence is key when it comes to getting rid of that belly bloat! Start drinking your way to a flatter belly now!
