Stress – no one likes dealing with! In this fast paced world filled with so many responsibilities and expectations, it can start to feel like stress is an every day occurrence. If you’ve been in need of a break, then we’ve got the perfect solution for you: a detox water recipe that will help calm your nerves and relieve your stress.


  • 10 oz of cold water
  • ice
  • 1 strawberry sliced
  • 2 mint leaves – diced
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 2 slices of lime


  1. Grabbing either a large glass or mason jar, mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Allow the water and ingredients to sit in the glass for about 5 minutes.
  3. Take a swig and feel the stress melt away!

The refreshing power of the cucumbers combined with the sweet flavor of the strawberries, along with the lime for a metabolism boost and fresh mint to calm down your stomach, all packs a real punch to the stress in your life!
