J. Lo’s Killer Body Workout

Jennifer Lopez is all about working out her body and making it look tight, toned, and beautiful. Lopez, because of this undying persistence over the years, has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood. From her toned, killer legs to her awesome abs there’s nothing J. Lo can’t do with a body like that. Well we’re here to help you all gain the same exact killer legs that J. Lo is constantly flaunting!

First off, grab a three-pound weight with both of your hands. Taking your right side arm, place your elbow onto the ground. Begin with your right knee on the ground, then lifting your left leg up to your side, keeping your knee bent. Extend your left leg to the side, then shifting your upper body to balance on top of the dumbbell. Repeat this on both sides for 10 reps.

The next move will engage both your legs and your core! Start off in a push up position, placing your knees in a bent position and holding onto the same dumbbell in your left hand. Lift up the entire left side of your body pushing upward, making sure your left leg pushes in the opposite direction. Make sure you repeat the entire sequence on the right side of your body as well.
